Comprehensive Agency Management Service
NHS Professionals (NHSP) new Comprehensive Agency Management Service (CAMS) is an enhanced version of our existing Agency Managed Service where NHSP will take over full responsibility for Agency Management for NHS Trusts, including both existing and new.
We are proud to be already piloting this new service as of November 2021, with full roll out to more NHS Trusts and associated agency networks from 2022.

To be part of our CAMS framework, agencies will need to:
- Have been conducting business over 3 years
- Operate within an NHS Supply Framework or willing to adhere to Framework terms
- Maintain ethical policies and procedures to ensure workers compliance to NHS standards of supply
- Are bought-in to standardising rates across NHS operations
- Have an organisational aim to expand their reach across more NHS Trusts and healthcare
