We’re delighted to be nominated for the Recruiter Awards 'Recruitment Company of the Year (Over 100 Employees)' in recognition of delivering a high-quality recruitment experience and our contribution to NHS staffing.

At NHS Professionals, we are focused on putting people in places to care in NHS Trusts throughout England, across multiple staff groups.  Our vision is a well-staffed NHS, where workers have the opportunity to work flexibly, choosing the shifts and working patterns which are right for them.

"In what has been a challenging year for everyone, we have risen to the demands of the pandemic without losing focus on continually improving the experience of our Bank Members, client Trusts and corporate staff, all to help further support patient care. During the pandemic, our teams worked tirelessly to adapt to fast changing needs. We deployed 50,000 new workers to the NHS, from the initial response through to Test & Trace, Nightingale Hospitals, and the National Vaccination Programme.

The Recruiter awards gala is the UK’s largest event for the entire recruitment community, recognising outstanding performance by staffing organisations and teams. The winners will be announced in London in September.
