We need Band 5 bank Nurses like you to join the Worcester staff bank. This key role is central to Worcester Acute purpose of delivering safe high qualify companionate care.
By joining the staff bank at Worcester Acute, you will carry out the following:
- Use clinical experience and skills with your team as a named nurse to maintain accountability for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating programmes of care within the framework of team nursing.
- Act with compassion and put patients at the centre of all you do.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their carers regarding their care and educate patients where there is a need.
- Communicate effectively with the Multi-Disciplinary Teams to ensure high quality patient care.
- Show a high commitment to sustaining and developing your clinical competence and professional awareness.
- Provide supervision, support and education to unqualified staff and students.
