We are offering NHSP Community Nurses (RN102) an opportunity to gain a £100 bonus for picking up extra shifts within the South West Hampshire region, during the months of February and March.

Incentive details:

• Only Applicable to Nursing and Midwifery community nursing code RN102 at Southern Health.
• Substantive bank members will gain a bonus of £100 for working 3 shifts.
• Bank Only/Bank Exclusive bank members will gain a bonus of £100 for working 5 shifts.
• The date you will receive your payment will depend on the period you work, please view payment schedule below.
• The incentive will run over a two-month period. incentives to run between 1st February 2020 – 31st March 2020
• Workers can earn a maximum of £200, (£100 per month).
• Hours must be core day shifts (8:30am – 4:30pm).
• Bonus payments are subject to tax and National Insurance.
