Elmleigh Incentive
- Bonus payment £100 will be paid to a flexible worker when they complete 2 shifts
- Bonus payment of £200 will be paid to a flexible worker when they complete 4 shifts
- Bonus payment of £300 will be paid to a flexible worker when they complete 6 shifts
Shift must be a minimum of 4 hours (2 consecutive 4-hour shifts will count as 1 shift only).
Day shifts only: Early: 7am-3pm, Middle: 9am-5pm, Late: 12pm-8pm.
Following assignment codes and inpatient locations and wards only: CSW03/RN03/NTL03.

Incentive terms and conditions
- The 'incentive period' runs from 1st May 2021 - 13th September 2021.
- A bonus payment of £100 will be paid to a flexible worker when they complete 2 shifts, a bonus payment of £200 will be paid to a flexible worker when they complete 4 shifts, and a bonus payment of £300 will be paid to a flexible worker when they complete 6 shifts.
- The shift must be a minimum of 4 hours and 2 consecutives 4-hour shifts will count as 1 shift only. Day shifts only.
- The incentive is paid for the shifts worked against the following assignment codes and inpatient locations and wards only:
- Qualifying codes: CSW03/RN03/NTL03
- Locations & Wards: Elmleigh Hospital - Elmleigh Inpatient.
- Please work safely, responsibly and ensure you comply to the working time directive. Please note you will only be paid the bonus hours once, so please work sensibly and responsibly. Working double hours will not mean you will be paid twice.
- Incentive payments are subject to tax.
- Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
- Refer to your payslips to check you have received the bonus.
- The bonus payment will be identified as ‘Incentive payment’ or something similar on your payslip.
- If you cannot identify the bonus payment on your payslips, contact your local NHSP team, but please ensure you have checked your payslip first.
- The incentive bonus payment will only be paid if shifts worked between qualifying period and timesheet released by specified dates. Failure to release shifts by the specified date will result in non-payment.
