We would like to share some important information with you regarding temporary increases to your payrates for bank shifts at Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust.
In recognition of the challenging times ahead and to thank staff for their hard work to date, pay rates for specified bank shifts will be temporarily increased by the Trust. These increases will apply to all shifts that are worked in the areas detailed below, between 13th January and 28th February 2021
Changes to the rates of pay will apply to the following:
Registered staff (up to and including band 7) within:
• CMHT’s
• CRHTT
• Psychological Medicine Service/Psychiatric Liaison at Royal Berkshire Hospital/Wexham Park Hospital
• Perinatal Services
• Criminal Justice Liaison and Diversion
• CAMHS Rapid Response
• East Community Nursing
• Reading Community Nursing
• Integrated Care Home Service
Unregistered and Registered nursing staff and OTs within:
• All mental health (this includes the wards at Prospect Park Hospital, Willow House at Wokingham Community Hospital and BHFT Learning Disability Inpatient Unit Campion) and Community Health Inpatient Units (Jubilee, Henry Tudor, Oakwood, Wokingham Inpatients and West Berkshire Community Hospital Inpatients)

You do not need to contact the Trust or NHSP for the payment to be processed, this will automatically be calculated and paid directly to you.
