Estates and Facilities-Go-Live 20th January 2020
We are excited to announce from Monday 20th January we will also manage the staff bank for Estates and Facilities at your Trust.
We have a variety of roles available including domestic, catering and portering.
As you have been made aware during the consultation period, in order to be able to continue working shifts we recommend you attend one of our meet and greet events where our friendly NHSP team will be on hand to assist you.
What is a meet and greet event?
A meet & greet event is an opportunity for you to meet with NHSP to have your identification documents verified so you can continue working via the bank for your Trust. You will be required to provide originals of requested documents (like any other employer, NHS Professionals is obliged to carry out verification checks in compliance with employment legislation).

How long will it take?
Your meet and greet appointment will only take 15 to 20 minutes as long as all of the original documents are provided.
What do I need to bring?
If you are a substantive worker, then you can find a list of the documents required here.

What happens next?
Once you have attended your appointment with us, we will send out your log in details, which will give you access to the online booking system. Please check your Junk/Spam folders and if you still have not received the details give us a call.
