Enhanced Rates on the Nursing Pool at Salford Royal Trust Extended till September 2021.
The Nursing Pool at Salford Royal Trust is paying enhanced rates to all bank workers who book shifts on the virtual Nursing Pool, but then upon arrival they are allocated a ward on which they will work the shift.
I am pleased to advise that the enhanced rates have been extended until September 2021.
RN00 will receive pay at Band 603 and CSW00 at Band 303. Shifts are paid at the normal hourly rate when released to payroll, and the enhancement is paid in a lump sum at the end of the pay period. In order to receive the incentive pay for all shifts worked, timesheets will need to be released by the dates listed below to receive payment on the appropriate pay date.

Simply log on to Mybank and start booking shifts (NHSP Login).
Please contact the trust on 0161 789 7373 on arrival for your shift and ask switchboard to bleep the site co-ordinator on 3092.
The shifts must be booked into the nursing pool in Salford. The NHSP book must be signed to show arrival on the ward. Full flexibility in relation to ward allocation is mandatory to qualify for this incentive. The shift must be completed in full.
