Complete your Transfer

To complete your transfer over to NHSP we will need you to attend one of our registration events, it will take no longer than 15-20 minutes. Prior to attending we will also require you to do the following;

1. Call our Implementation Registration team on 03330 144 355 (Between 09:00 - 17:00 Mon to Fri) to book an appointment. You can drop into any of our events, but priority will be given to those with appointments; so, there may be a delay in seeing you if you don't book ahead.
   
   
2. Complete the forms applicable to you at the link/s below.
   
   
3. Bring along your forms and the relevant ID documents
   
   

Substantive Worker

• TUPE transfer form
• HMRC New Starter Check List
• ID Documents

Bank Only Worker

• TUPE transfer form
• HMRC New Starter Check List
• Declaration A form
• Uniform order form (if applicable)
• ID Documents

At the session you will also need to provide us with a valid e-mail address so we can set you up on My:Bank (online booking platform)

You will receive your login details within 5 working days of the session.
