  Band 5 - Business as usual Rates (From 01/04/2019)

• £12.25 per hr - Days
• £15.92 per hr - Saturday/nights
• £19.60 per hr - Sunday/Bank Holiday

We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Registered General Nurses to join the Flexible Bank at South Tyneside NHS Foundation Trust. 

You will be required to carry out all relevant forms of quality care to patients who attend the Hospital.

The post holder will;

  

• Comply with NMC Professional Registration and keep up to date with current nursing practices.

• Undertake nursing assessment and evaluation to enable development of appropriate plans of care based on the needs of the individual to ensure high quality safe care delivery
• Be proficient in the delivery of care to patients
• Ensure safe administration of drugs in accordance with NMC and STFT policies
• Ensure accurate records are kept in accordance with STFT policy and NMC guidelines
• Carry out nursing procedures and techniques in accordance with agreed policies and standards
