Triage Role:
Bank shifts worked by AHPs to specifically cover this role are included

Crisis/Mental Health Liaison Teams:
CSW136, CSWH70, CSWH120, CSWH136, RN120, CPN120, CPN136, SWRP00

Terms and conditions:

  • A shift must be a minimum of 5 hours to count towards the bonus.
  • You must have worked any hours owing to the Trust before booking any bank shifts.
  • You can only work one shift in a 24 hour period.
  • Once booked and confirmed shifts must not be cancelled on the system by you. Definition of cancellation: Once booked into a shift you must not take yourself out even to book onto another ward. Cancelling for sickness, personal reasons or alternative employment is included as a cancellation.
  • If the ward cancel you please ensure that the ward removes you from the shift so this does not appear as a cancellation against you.
  • Substantive staff must work 46 hours without any episodes of sickness or cancellations to qualify for the bonus
  • Bank only staff must work 115 hours without any episodes of sickness or cancellations to qualify for the bonus
  • No performance issues recorded against you within the period
  • Any cancellations processed with reason of Self Isolation will not impact receipt of the incentive and shifts re-added for payments do not count towards the incentive.
  • Trust staff are required to adhere to the ‘Working Time Regulations Policy’.
  • Worker will receive £250 bonus every time they work 46/115 hours as appropriate. There will be no limit on how many times the bonus can be received. The incentive is £250 before normal deductions (TAX & NI)
