Band 3 Project Administrator

Location- Eating Disorders Walker Close
Full-time role.
  • Co-ordinating and managing numerous tasks to facilitate the refurbishment of ward and a community-based team enabling a smooth transition of patient/s, staff, and associated contents/equipment within the buildings.
  • This will involve communication with both clinical and admin staff at all levels, liaison with the construction team, estates team, and ICT to ensure a timely and safe transfer of building and clinical area.
  • To be based on Bungalow 2 admin team reporting to Service Lead LD & A pathway.
  • To create a schedule of works for itemised tasks. To liaise directly with the Contractor site foreman.
  • To liaise directly with the risk department. Pharmacy, Infection Control, ICT, etc to plan the opening of bungalow 3 and complete redecoration of Bungalow 2.
