Community Nurse

Location- Newmarket hospital

• Previous experience in Mental health Services working in the community with either Adult or older people’s services.
• Ability to undertake mental state of examination assessments, Mental health/illness risk assessments and treatments, multidisciplinary team working.
• Good communication and IT skills. Experience in care coordination and Duty work, proven clinical leadership skills, Communication, and IT skills.
• Up to date with new National Developments in Mental health. A driving license and car are needed. Monday - Friday 9-5 Full time
