Band 3 Project Administrator
Location- Eating Disorders Walker Close
Full-time role.
Co-ordinating and managing numerous tasks to facilitate the refurbishment of ward and a community-based team enabling a smooth transition of patient/s, staff, and associated contents/equipment within the buildings.
This will involve communication with both clinical and admin staff at all levels, liaison with the construction team, estates team, and ICT to ensure a timely and safe transfer of building and clinical area.
To be based on Bungalow 2 admin team reporting to Service Lead LD & A pathway.
To create a schedule of works for itemised tasks. To liaise directly with the Contractor site foreman.
To liaise directly with the risk department. Pharmacy, Infection Control, ICT, etc to plan the opening of bungalow 3 and complete redecoration of Bungalow 2.
